My 5 year old daughter loves dancing in the little steps ballet, jazz and hip hop classes. Mrs Hillary and the other coaches are so good at teaching technical form/positions and do it in a fun way that keeps my daughter enthralled with the sport. The older kids in other classes are also super supportive and encouraging of the younger kids, which is great to see!
My daughter has been part of Next Step for a year and a half now. Never dances before she has blossoming into beautiful talent. I can't say enough good things about this dance company. Hillary the owner and coach is so good at what she does. Her staff of teachers offer so much more than just dance. It's a community of positive growth. There are so many beautiful layers of confidence, strength, and commitment that is built into a child when they chose dance. We absolutely love Next Step for our 3 year old. They have so much fun in all of their classes and our daughter looks forward to every class with so much excitement and anticipation! She is usually hesitant of big groups of kids and just likes to watch but Hillary drew her right out of her shell and now she wants to be a ballerina when she grows up. Added bonus: they look passed the 3 year old meltdowns when they may or may not pop up 🙂
